Dutch artist, Jacqueline de Jong (1932-2024) was singular force in the post-war European avant-garde. She persistently engaged with cycles of war and protest through an immense body of countercultural work across a wide range of subjects and styles. De Jong was the the editor/designer/publisher of The Situationist Times (1962-67) a touchstone for independent publishing.

First softcover edition published in 1925 by Skira. Published by NSU Museum Fort Lauderdale to record Jong's first solo exhibition in the US.

176 pages densely illustrated in colour and black-and-white. 29cm x 23cm. 

Condition: Almost as new with a slight indent to top of spine and super light corner wear.
